Details have changed and we are announcing these to teams individually

• These times are subject to change, but on the day teams must follow these exactly or forfeit the current game. Teams may start earlier than advised by the schedule if they agree to it and are able. This will give those teams more rest time later on.

SATURDAY THE 17TH OF NOVEMBER:

10:45am - teams arrive and begin setting up

11:00am - tier 1 first match begins, with a margin of 10 minutes for late starters

12:00pm - 10 minutes for break

12:15pm - all second games start

1:20pm   - break for lunch until 2:00pm

2:00pm   - teams set up for third match

2:10pm   - third match begins

3:15pm   - tier 2 first match begins

4:00pm   - tier 2 second match begins

5:00pm   - 10 minutes for break

5:10pm   - tier 2 third match begins, final match of the day

6:30pm   - all matches concluded. Notifications detailing events for Sunday the 9th of September given.


NOTE: if your team finishes early or is out of the main competition, you can choose to stay or leave. If you leave, you must inform an administrator and tell them how you wish to be contacted about the following day for the 2 TEAM SHOWDOWN or LOWER LEAGUE BRACKET.
